Happy 1st Birthday

Good Morning Everyone! Thank you for stopping by to visit today. Here is a fun little card I made for a customer's great grandson's 1st birthday, I hope she likes it.

I printed the image then glued it on another piece of card stock to add thickness then colored it with Prisma pencils and OMS, and cut it out. The image was pop dotted on a circle/scallop Nestibility that the words were computer generated using Doodle Print font. I added fun flock to the pads of his feet and glitter to the rose on his head. The image can be found on line---

The party hats that were added to the scalloped layer were cut with the Cuttlebug 3 inch Party die. The metallic background layer was embossed with the Cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder. The balloons were cut with Cuttlebug Birthday die set that craft yarn was attached to. The tag was cut then layered with the 1 from Cuttlebug Baby Face alphabet. A ribbon bow was added. All of the cuts done with Cuttlebug were card stock that 2 or 3 pieced were glue together before cutting to add dimension.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy your visit. Please take a momment to leave me a comment. See you tomorrow, have a great day!

What a great card Kelly!! I love the flock on the pads of his feet...such a cute idea. Flock is so much fun to play with when you're dealing with animals. Your coloring and shading is amazing! Hopefully one day I'll be able to do it that well.

Great card Kelly. Pretty how you left just the center of the face un-colored. Great choice of paper too. Question...what kind of glue do you use to glue the layers together before cutting with the cuttlebug?
