A Couple Birthday and a Thank You Card

Happy Monday! Thanks for stopping by...I hope you had a good weekend. For those of you that have wondered where I have been...I'm here...I'm here! I just haven't had much time for blogging. I suppose once again I have gotten lazy and neglected my blog. Here are a couple of birthday cards and a quick thank you card that is a little out of my comfort zone. For this first birthday card I used a mix of Spellbinder Sprightly Sprockets and gears from the Silhouette online store. The Scrabble pieces are a print and cut done with my Silhouette---
A birthday card for my special Blogger friend Lorene. The bear and background papers are from the Nitwit Grin and Bear It collection teamed with a few cuts from my Silhouette---
A little bit out of my comfort zone but I wanted to do something with the mouse from the Beatrix Potter collection I had gotten several weeks ago when The Silhouette online store had a half price sale of their licensed print and cut images. You can't tell from the picture but I used rock candy distressed stickles on the back ground and added the needle and thread from Memory Box---
That's is for now. Til next time...have a wonderful week!

Very impressive, as always. I love the way you used the scrabble pieces with the gears and that bear is adorable. Even though the thank you card was out of your comfort zone, you did a fabulous job with the Beatrix Potter image.

I've decided there's really nothing outside your comfort zone. The postcard is amazing. I love the bear with the weaved ribbons - everything you do just fits together so nicely. Good job, you're my hero.

These cards are fantastic. Love gears and really like how you put them together without the grungy look. The bear and mouse have so many background details, I can't stop looking at them!
