I layered it on square/scallop Nestibilities along with circle/scallop for computer generated words. Two Hearts Beat As One.
A girl in my husband's office in getting married in April so I made her this card. I used D'Vine Swirl and Swiss Dot Cuttlebug embossing folders with heart, scalloped heart and flower Nestibilities. I used Martha Stewart branch punch and Valentine heart edge punch and added hero art 3mm & 5mm flatback pearls, and a ribbon knot. Words are computer generated.
This card was inspired by Lillie on the Cricut Messageboard. I just fell in love with the one she did for Valentine's Day and just had to scraplift. I loved the way she layered the hearts and added the pearls. Check out her Blog---

Bunny In A Basket
I used Cricuit JOTS and Design Studio for the basket shaped card base, WIMG for the tulips, DC for the eggs and PS for the grass. The bottom of the basket is woven with ribbon. The image is a coloring page I found on line and colored it with Prisma pencils and Gamsol, then glittered the ears and nose. I used swiss dots Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background and one of the eggs, and textile texture folder for the other egg. I used felt ribbon and skittles for the top edge of the basket and Martha Stewart butterfly punch. I'm not real happy with the ribbon but it needed something and the ribbon I used for the basket was too stiff to tie a decent bow. TFL
Egg Shaped Easter Card
Everyone is making egg shaped cards so I thought I'd give it a try. So here it is... I used Cricut Doodlecharm to weld the egg shaped card with Design Studio, and Plantin Schoolbook to cut the grass. The image was colored with Prisma pencils and Gamsol. The background layer is embossed with D'vine Swirl folder. I just realized I cut small eggs to put in the grass but forgot to add them. I have just 2 questions...1st why does the paper look blue when it is really lavender and for anyone who had made an egg shaped card...how do you do to get it to stand? TFL and see ya tomorrow!

Happy 91st Birthday
I had a tough time with this card...not the making of it but the idea of what to do for a man that is going to be 91.
It is for
my father-in-law's 91st birthday and how he loves to get
handmade cards. The last card I sent him, he carried it all over town showing it to everyone!!! Is that not embarrassing?!? It is a tunnel card and the image is colored using Prisma pencils and Gamsol. The back ground paper is doodled circles that have been heat embossed in gold along with the Happy Birthday. I used Cricut Plantin Schoolbook for the 91 and circle scalloped is Nestibilities. The words inside are computer generated and I added some ribbon and a bow.
Good Morning I've Started A Blog!
Good Morning, many of you have asked me if I have a blog that you can follow and until now, I had to say no. The last few days instead of working on cards, I have been working on setting up this blog. Oh My...have I got a lot to learn...LOL! It has been so frustrating but now the worst of it is over, I can go back to working on cards. I was going to go back and post the cards I had done since Christmas but that was such a chore, I decided to start with what I've done in the last week or so, which has been Easter cards. I'm just going to post the pictures, if you have any questions, you can email me and I'll answer you the best I can. Enjoy and thanks for stopping by.

You Are The Pot Of Gold At The End Of Our Rainbow
Happy St Patrick's Day To Our Favorite Little Leprechaun
Here is another quick card I made for my 2 year old grandson. I stamped the image then scanned it to reduce it in size ( I love High Hopes stamps but most of them as so big) I colored it using Prisma pencils and Gamsol. Used scallop circle and oval Nestibilities, added glitter, glossy accents, gold flat beads and a ribbon. Words are computer generated.
May The Luck Of The Irish Be With You
Happy St Patrick's Day 1st Birthday
My granddaughter will turn 1 year old on St Patrick's day---This is the card I made for her. It was pretty easy...but it should have been...I did it TWICE! The 1st time when I went to glue the shamrocks on the circle, instead of putting the glue on the paper, I put the glue on the shamrock (don't ask me why) and it dropped onto the bear so I had to do it over. Anyway...I colored the image with Prisma pencils and Gamsol, I used the Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder and nestibilities circle, scallop and tag. Added the shamrocks, gold flatback beads and some glitter.
Irish Blessing-Inside
This St Patrick's Day card is a tunnel card that I made for a special friend We used to work together before they out sourced our job in July 2008. Since then we have both been loving being "bums"! All the words are computer generated. The inside reads---"Everyone Is A Wee Bit Irish On St Patrick's Day...Yes...Even The Rojas' " I used oval scallop Nestibilities. The inside clovers were found on line in a coloring page that I colored with Prisma pencils and Gamsol.

Everyone's A Wee Bit Irish On St.Patty's Day
This was a really quick and easy card. I stamped the WhipperSnapper turtle twice (although you can't really tell from the picture) and colored it using Prisma pencils with Gamsol, then cut one of the images and layered it on top on the other using 3-D Dots to give it a 3D look. I used Divine Swirl Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background layer and the circle scallop Nestibilities, added ribbon bows and rain dots. The four leaf clover is shrink plastic cut with Martha Stewart 4 leaf clover punch. Words are computer
Kiss Me I'm Irish
This is a Stampendous FERGIE frog stamp....isn't he so cute? I colored it with Prisma pencils and Gamsol. I used the swiss dot embossing folder and rectangle scallop and circle scallop nestibilities for the image and Stampin Up "pinch proof" circle. I added glossy accents, rain dots and ribbon. The flowers are vellum cut from Cricut Walk In My Garden cartridge. The words are computer generated.
