Greetings Blog Friends! I hope you are having a good weekend! I don't usually post on the weekends and almost never ever post at night but I've got a busy week ahead and I wanted to gets these posted before I lost the thread of things. A simple card made with Spellbinder Sprightly Sprockets...That right...a card done without the use of my Silhouette...
A while back, my son asked me to cut him a breast cancer ribbon with my Silhouette so that he could make a card for my ex-sister-in-law who recently underwent surgery for breast cancer. While I was at it, I cut the ribbon for myself and made this card, just to have on hand---The same but different...2 anniversary cards...The same layout, different paper and one has a square and the other has an oval for the sentiment. This was my first attempt at using the rhinestone feature on my Silhouette. Now, with the olive out of the jar, I will have to try something a little more creative---
That's it for now...Just to let you know that I may be MIA for awhile. Many months ago, I noticed a drastic change in my vision. When I went to my eye doctor last month, she confirmed what I had already thought was the case...cataracts...both eyes making me as blind as a bat. I will have surgery on the first eye this week with the other to follow once my "new eye" settles in. Not knowing how my vision will be with only one good eye, I don't want to say when I will be back blogging. Cross your fingers that all goes well. I will see you when I see you but the next time I post...I will REALLY be able to see you...lol! Have a great evening!

Very pretty cards. I have a cuttlebug which I use alot and a 12x6 cricut which I use seldom. Mostly because it is not in a convenient spot and not by my stamping stuff. Oh well, maybe some day.
I finally added you to my blog list, don't know what took me so long, probably will come here more often now.
Wonderful cards you have created.
Hugs

Kelly beautiful work, as always, each one a different personality, keeping you in prayers for your surgery, my best friend just had it done and she is so relieved and impressed with the improvement, hugs
Gorgeous cards, good luck at the doctors, will send up prayers so take care.
Twice in one week, what a nice surprise! I have always seen those sprockets and wondered, besides the workings of a clock for someone I know, what in the world I'd do with those. Now I know. Love your latest collection, very pretty paper choice and color schemes.
Good luck on the surgery. We'll be thinking of you.

As usual, all your cards are great. The pink ribbon card is beautiful and so appropriate. A friend is just six weeks out from her masectomy-this is perfect, pink but not overwhelming and very feminine. Have the sprocket die - now I have the incentive to use it. Good thoughts for your surgery - every one I know who has had it has loved the outcome.
Love Love Love your cards. Best of luck with your eye surgery. I pray all goes well and you are back to blogging soon.
Hi Kelley. I LOVE your work I have been doing digital scrapbooking using Fotofusion for many years. Recently I began making cards. I have a Big Shot and love it. I have so much to learn. And, of course, i want to buy everything I see!! I will be visiting often. Saying prayers that you can really see after your surgery.
