Good Morning Everyone! I hope you are having a great week! The words "thank you" just isn't enough to say how touched I am for all the well wishes and prayers that you have sent for my mom. Your continued support means more than you will ever know. We met with the Oncologist and without going into details, it's not good. My mom's only option is chemo and I'm not sure she is strong enough, mentally or physically to withstand the treatment.
I had a few extra minutes this weekend to make a few cards and because I don't know what the future will bring at Christmas time, I wanted to get a head start. I will probably be working on Christmas cards every chance I get through the month of July. The pictures are horrible, there must be something wrong with the settings on the camera. Everything that is red...looks orange...grrr! This first card features a Penny Black image colored with Copics. The birds are sitting on holly leaves from Peachy Keen, also colored with Copics and Memory Box grapevine die---
The Cardinal on this card is a Heartfelt Creation stamp and die. The window is a Memory Box die and the "tree" under the acetate on the window is the infamous Martha Stewart branch punch---
This image is a Mo's Digital Pencil stamp colored with Copics and the layers under the image is Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and Snowflake embossing folders---
And finally a Penny Black image with a computer generated sentiment with a Scrapping Cottage holly die---That's it for now...Thanks for stopping by. If you have a question on the recipe or supplies that I have used in my posting today, please feel free to email me. Enjoy your day and have a wonderful week...I'll see you next time!

Wish I could come make some cards with you! That window card is one of the prettiest Christmas cards I have ever seen. Wow! The others are cute but that one is absolutely wonderful!! I am glad you got some time to create.
Oh Kelly, I am so sorry to hear about your mom, I was so hoping everything would be OK. My prayers will be with you every step of the way. I love Christmas and these cards are beyond awesome. So many details have gone into them. I agree with the first poster, the window card is THE most elegant cards I have seen.
Your cards are beautiful! I do think the window card is my favorite! What a neat idea to add snow! You and your family will be in my prayers.
My prayers will continue for your mom, your cards are awesome as always!!! Even if they do look orange LOL, some times camera's have a mind of their own....

Oi Kelly!!!
Now, you're scaring me! Christmas!! AACK! Love your awesome cards though. This is definitely your holiday!
I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. My prayers are with you and your mom.
Your Christmas cards rock. Pure talent. Your colouring is awesome, and so are the layouts.
Kelly, you are such an amazing person, to find the time and energy to continue to create such beautiful treasures! Your holiday cards get more awesome every year. Your window card is definitely the best I've seen made with this window die. All the branches you punched for the tree, the decorations on the tree & window, the cardinal, snowflakes and snow on the sill(!) This card truly defines "attention to detail"! Jaw dropping and absolutely fabulous card!
You certainly got a good start on your Christmas cards... these are spectacular! Holding you and yours up in prayer!
I love your window card! I just purchased this die when we went to Canada for the weekend. Christmas though....I think I'll procrastinate a little longer before I start making those cards. I might not be so stressed in December if I started now though. :)
Incredible cards as always, but the window scene is out of this world gorgeous. A true winter wonderland. Maybe it's especially appealing with all of this heat!
Live each day to the fullest with your Mom. It's times like these when we really understand what that means.
Hi Kelly....I loooove your Christmas cards. Of course your embellies are what make them so special and you have really out done yourself on the window card! I know you will be spending all the time you can with your mom. It will mean so much to you and your mom. Keeping you in my prayers!
Just looked at your Christmas Cards and they are just georgeous!!! My thoughts are with you as I have been through it twice with brother and husband. Keep up the designing. No one puts cards out there like you.
Kelly, These are fantastic - they all look like I bought them from the Papyrus store! I love the cardinal on the window sill - it's really striking and the details on the little elf with the embossed foil and little embellishments - oooh! and the crisp edges on the first one. Man oh man, such talent. I love them all!

I know I already commented on this but I wanted to let you know I am still thinking of you and your Mother!!! Hugz!
Hi Kelly. Found your MB & Heartfelt cardinal card on Pinterest, followed the link to SCS,then to your blog! Since I love MB & Heartfelt, I cruised around some of your cards, and just became your newest follower. I'm a So. Fla. transplant to SC about 11 yrs ago (when retired!), got into card making. Perhaps if you have time, you can visit my blog. I'm still pretty much an amateur, but try to learn from all the other talented folks whose works I visit. Loved what I saw on my first visit! TFS & Happy Spring.
