My Valentine Collection

Good Morning and Happy Sunday to all my friends and welcome to my new followers! I hope you are having a great weekend! I'd like to share with you my Valentine's Day collection...I was going to post these tomorrow but found myself with a few extra minutes this morning. This is going to be a LONG posting, but I'll try shorten in by forgoing the chit chat, so grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the show. For whatever reason I just couldn't get into the the red and pink mode this year so I am happy to say that I finished my last Valentine's Day card this morning!!! On this first card...OK...OK...I see now that the picture is VERY crooked but I didn't want to take the time to straighten it...you'll just have to believe me when I say it's not crooked in real life. I used Sizzix 3D flower die for the roses. Last year my good Blogger friend, Sharm sent me a goodies package with a few die cuts in it...I couldn't wait to get my hands on that die. I spent days searching the Internet looking for that die only to find that it was "sold out" everywhere. After I finally got it, I used it once then tossed it aside...Isn't that the way it is with most crafters? I've got a room full of "must haves" only to ask myself  later "what were you thinking"?  The ticket stamps were a freebie that I was lucky enough to get from the blog of SgtStamper before she lost everything when she redid her blog...let that be a warning to all who are thinking of redoing their blogs---
This card is for the 3 year old girl next door. The DigiStamp Boutique image was colored with my Copic Markers---
I just couldn't wait to use these frogs from The Scrapping Cottage/Peachy Keen---
Here's a card I made using clip art that I found on the Internet. I thought it would be perfect for the twins so I flipped one of the the images and colored it with my Copic markers. You can't tell from the picture but I also popped the the images---
Valentine's Day just wouldn't be complete without that adorable monkey Changito from Stampendous. I masked the "I" in the sentiment "luv u this much"---
This image is a digital image that came from All That Scraps. I got it a few years ago so it may no longer be available---
A simple single heart punched from Martha Stewart's Punch All Over The Page Ruffled Heart---
There's those cute little frogs from Scrapping Cottage/Peach Keen again---
For my good friend Gigi's son who loves mice, I had to do something with my all time favorite House Mouse stamp. I couldn't resist doing the "out of frame" Nestibility cut for his tail---
And last, but not least, this adorable digital image from Tiddly Inks---
That's it for now...Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed your visit. As always...If you have any questions on the recipe or the supplies I used...please feel free to email me! Til next time...enjoy your day!

  8. Oh Kelly, these cards are all so beautiful. My favorite has got to be the first one with the rich colors of Valentine's Day. I love how well the roses coordinates with the paper. I'm putting that die on my must have list. I'm happy to see you using your Copic Markers too.

  15. I took a quick peek from my phone a couple days ago but this is the first chance I've had to comment. They're all terriffic! I love the flowers and all the details on the first, the little bear and the frogs and the pigs are adorable - I always forget to emboss with the simple dots like you did on the heart and it really makes it special. The little devil boy with all the hearts is so cute and of course the pink one with the braid trim - so many details and perfect colors (and coloring). My fave is the lion but they're all perfect. You make it look so easy . . .
