THANKS...not just for the BIG things you do...

Good Morning Everyone! Thanks for stopping by...I hope you've had a great week and looking forward to the weekend as much as I am! I don't think you can ever have enough Thank You cards on hand so here's a quickie this morning using an embossing folder then coloring the embossed area with a Copic marker. I first saw this done from Sue Nelson of Heartprints and it makes a really quick and simple card with a splash of color---
Here is the recipe---
Card Size: 4.25 x 4.25 Note Card
Sizzix: Elegant Bouquet Embossing Folder (exclusive to Stampin Up)
Font: Computer Genererated-Bradley Hand ITC
Base Cardstock: Bazzill
Embossed Cardstock: Beckett Expression 80lb

That's it for today. I know I'm a little behind visiting my favorite blog...I've been away from the computer for few days. I'll try to catch up today, and if not today certainly by this weekend!
Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your day and have a wonderful weekend, I hope to see you again Monday!

  2. I love your card. I have used this technique before, too. I get lots of inspiration from her, but lately I have not been able to get into her site. I love that embossing folder!! I may just have to place a stampin up order one of these days! Thank you again for sharing.

  20. Love the softness and textures on this card, Kelly. Lol, I saw this on Sue's website a while back too and went out special to buy those new pastel copics! I'm ashamed to say they're still in the bag I brought them home in...but after seeing your lovely card, I'm even more inspired to try this technique!
